June BOM: Disappearing Nine Patch

June's block of the month will be the Disappearing Nine Patch, and using 4.5 inch squares the block is 12" unfinished. As always, please leave the final trimming to the wonderful ladies sewing our blocks together!

For colors: your base color should be black, and your colors should be solid, saturated colors that would be appropriate for either a boy or a girl (gender neutral).

May BOM: Violet Block

This month's block of the month is a Violet Quilt Block, in red, pink and lime with a white background (outer corners).

The directions can be found here, but our block is NOT a block lotto this month!

We will be making the 12 inch block (12.5" unfinished, and please don't trim your block!). The pieces should be cut with these dimensions:
Main petals 6.5" (red, pink, or lime)
Outer corners 3.5" (white)
Center 2" (red, pink, or lime)
