October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Two meetings/events to help “Join the Fight!"
In addition to our regular activities at the October 16th general meeting, we’ve added a “Sew-In” on October 17th where we’ll be stuffing and sewing small compression pillows for breast cancer surgery patients.
If you have small pillows sewn, bring them to be stuffed. If you have extra fiberfill, bring it. Or, just bring a needle and thread and help us finish pillows and keep the basket full!
We’ll put the finishing touches on these pillows at both meetings:
Wednesday, October 16th at the TMQG General Meeting.
